This summer, Haugalandmuseet welcomes visitors of all ages with engaging activities, historical insights, and artistic experiences across our museum locations. From herring history and coastal life to war stories and local art, there’s something for everyone.

At the Herring Museum in Dokken, visitors can even borrow a rowboat free of charge.

You can also explore Art exhibitions in Bokn, Nedstrand, and Dokken, where local artists present new interpretations based on cultural heritage collections.
